End of school

Hey, I have to interrupt my entries about Rome, I just had my last full day of class. I have one more class, but it's just Global English on Friday. I'm really sad to be done with my Narrative, Character, Voice in Prose class. It was really good, and the teacher is awesome. She said again that I should send her some of my work... um, that's a thought, but she's a real writer, so a little intimating. Oh well, I have her e-mail address, maybe sometime I will. Depends on my grade I think.

The exercise we did today was pretty cool, she gave us a picture, and we had to write a story about it. I had a picture of a conductor on the bus or a tram... I think it's a tram. The woman is sitting there and just smiling. Surprisingly, it was really easy to write, and I finished before my 10 minutes was up. I just wrote about how it was her first day, and the usual first day worries, basically just some internal monologue. She loved it! Woohoo! The whole seminar group had really good stories. The girl next to me had a weather report from the paper, and she wrote a really good story about a little boy watching the TV, and the weather.

But with classes ending the thought of exams comes up, and yeah not excited for that. I have less work to do than semester, two exams and two papers, and one is just 1,500 words. I can't believe that classes are just about over. It seems like they just began. Oh well.

Well next entry will be my last full day in Rome, and will be up soon.
